1. Service
vTether sends TRON energy to the address you choose for 1 hour. When the hour is over, the energy is taken back automatically.
2. Account and token
Your account is a single token shown once when you sign up. We store only its hash, so we cannot show it again or recover it. Anyone with your token or API key can use your account and balance, so keep them private.
3. Payment
You top up your balance with USDT (TRC-20) and orders are paid from it. A top up is confirmed automatically only when the exact amount shown is sent to that address. It is added after confirmation and may be held briefly for review.
4. Orders and refunds
If we cannot deliver the energy, the full amount goes back to your balance. Once energy is delivered it is not refunded, even if unused. Please check the address and amount before ordering.
5. Prohibited use
Do not use the service for anything illegal, fraud, money laundering or dealings with sanctioned parties. If we find such use we may close the account and cooperate with lawful requests.
6. Liability
TRON network fees and conditions can change and are not set by us. As far as the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount of the order in question.
7. Changes and contact
These terms may change. Changes are posted on this page and apply to orders placed after that. For questions, use Support in your account.
